Our Mission
The Student Support Services & Welfare System (SSS & WS) of the University of Peradeniya was established to provide comprehensive support across six broad categories of services. Our mission is to ensure that every student has an enriching experience, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status.
We are dedicated to creating an environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and personally through holistic development and dedicated support.
Organizational Structure
Coordinated by a senior academic staff member serving as Director, working under the Vice-Chancellor to manage all welfare activities and service divisions.
Collaborative Approach
We work closely with student services, accommodation, health, sports, and counselling units to deliver integrated support.
